Located in Anchorage, Alaska, Manorhouse condos is located less than 2 miles from several hospitals and university campuses and numerous bike trails. We have 168 units in seven, three story buildings, with condominiums from 1 to 3 bedrooms, and up to two baths. All of the units have enclosed balconies or patios that offer additional living space.

Our staff is made up of dedicated and talented people who strive to work with you to achieve the common goals of your community. Our Staff

Virginia (Ginger) Eubank – General Manager
Ginger started at Roy Briley Association Management as an Association Manager and moved into the General Manager Position. She has been in Alaska for over 30 years and understands the challenges of being a homeowner here. Ginger brings full management experience and welcomes the opportunity to assist with your HOA or Condo Association needs.

Jocelyn Lopez – Association Manager
Jocelyn is a Bilingual Property Manager at Roy Briley Association Managers.  She is an accomplished Manager offering 7 years of professional customer service experience with the last 3 years focused on Administrative and Property Management. She started by learning every role in a Property Management office in Bakersfield, CA., and is now a licensed Property Manager in Alaska. Jocelyn has managed all types of commercial and residential properties. She is extremely passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a close-knit community between the homeowners, board members, and Roy Briley Association Managers.

Veronica Vakalis – Office Manager
Veronica has been an Alaskan resident since 1984. Customer Service is her top priority. With over 28 years of office management experience, she believes that it all starts with the customer's first experience. Veronica started her career in customer service with the Anchorage Times Newspaper at a young age, continued her career path with the Anchorage Daily News as a Circulation Billing supervisor until 2005. Veronica left Alaska in 2005 to further her career in Newspapers. In those 10 years, Veronica worked as a traveling consultant for newspapers and helped with the creation of an oil magazine in the Bakken oil field. Veronica loves Alaska and decided to move back home in 2015.

Alex Lopez - Finance Department
Alex manages the Finance Department at Roy Briley Association Management. He has 7 years of professional customer service with 4 years of sales experience, and 3 years in the banking industry. Alex is also a Bilingual effective worker, a great communicator, excellent with managing data, great with receiving and interacting with incoming customers. Alex is ready and excited to help in any way he can.

Brandon Faro - Property Inspector
Brandon performs the on-site inspections for all of the associations we manage. He has extensive customer service experience and is readily available to assist in anything he can.

Our Promise - We will:

  • Will communicate with you in a professional, timely, and efficient manner
  • Will provide you several convenient options for making and receiving your dues payments
  • Will be an advocate for you, as the Homeowners at all times
  • Will be available 24/7 for emergency service
  • Will deposit the Association funds twice a month
  • Will review accounts monthly to ensure accuracy
  • Will honor Roberts Rules of Order and Alaska Real Estate Laws

We offer a dedicated email for our management group. We want all owners to feel free to contact us with any concerns, comments, or questions. We also offer an after-hours emergency maintenance number should you need assistance at a time our office is closed. 

Our Finance Department keeps owner ledgers current with an ACH direct deposit option for your dues payments and by sending statements via email and USPS. We also accept checks or money orders for your convenience. However, we do not accept cash payments. Remember, your condo dues should always be made payable to your association: Anchorage Manorhouse, not to Roy Briley.
Dues and correspondence should be mailed to Roy Briley Association Management (RBAM) at 1577 C Street Suite 101c Anchorage, AK 99501. We also have a dropbox on the exterior of the building for your payments. Please be sure that all pertinent information is included when utilizing the dropbox.  Do not leave cash!
